Traction completes radiometric survey on Aurora uranium project

Canadian uranium miner Traction Uranium Corporation has completed an airborne radiometric survey at the Aurora uranium project, in the Athabasca Basin region of Saskatchewan.

The survey was designed to collect modern radiometric data over priority areas of the property. Traction will now use the data to assist with evaluating uranium prospectivity and refine areas for follow-up exploration.

Traction holds an option to acquire an 80% interest in Aurora from Cosa Resources Corporation.

The project covers about 17 km of prospective strike along the southeastern margin of the Athabasca basin.
