American Lithium strengthens board with US mine lifecycle expert

American Lithium Corporation has appointed Amandip Singh as an independent member of its board, bringing to the position more than 15 years of experience in exploration, project evaluation, corporate development and investment analysis.

American Lithium says his career bridges the technical and financial dimensions of mining, giving him an integrated perspective across the full project lifecycle.

Singh has held senior roles at Outcrop Silver, Apollo Silver and Magna Gold.

Most notably, he played a key role in Newmont’s $311-million acquisition of GT Gold and helped lead the strategic transformation of West Red Lake Gold Mines, including the acquisition of the Madsen mine.

“His appointment strengthens the independence and composition of the board, and his geological expertise and capital markets experience make him an exceptional addition as we continue to advance our assets and create value for shareholders,” says American Lithium CEO Alex Tsakumis.

American Lithium is developing the TLC claystone lithium project, in Nevada, and the Falchani hard-rock lithium project, in Peru, while holding the Macusani uranium prospect, also in Peru.
