Premier American Uranium announces chairperson Rotolo resignation
Premier American Uranium has announced the resignation of chairperson and director Tim Rotolo effective September 21, with director Michael Harrison having been appointed in his stead.
During Rotolo’s tenure as CEO until March 2024 and as chairperson since, he helped the company to expand its US uranium portfolio through the acquisitions of American Future Fuel Corporation and Nuclear Fuels, while having advanced a strategic transaction with DISA Uranium Corporation.
In turn, Harrison has been a director of Premier American Uranium since its formation and brings more than 30 years’ experience in mining, capital markets and transactions. As a managing partner of Sprott Streaming and Royalty, he has extensive experience in financing and advising mining companies, including uranium developers.
His uranium sector expertise includes the merger of Denison Mines and International Uranium Corporation, the initial public offering of Virginia Uranium and prior directorships with Uranium Royalty Corporation and Macusani Yellowcake.
Premier American Uranium continues to advance exploration programmes in New Mexico and Wyoming.
