Danieli`s Big Investment in Iran

Mining News - Danieli is one of the great suppliers in steel industry world wide. Micheal Cottin, the managing director of Danieli Persia told Mining News Agency regarding their activities in Iran: "Danieli is one of the great steel suppliers world wide and as an evidence to our commitement to Iran, we invested in a very big factory close to Tehran, which is 12 thousand square meters with 70 employees in the first step. 90 percent of these employers are Iranian."

He added: " In future we want to expand this project and we have enough land for that."

Cottin told Mining News Agency answering the question about expanding their activity in Iran: "Nowadays, we are widely spread, and with this investment in Iran, we also want to enter other businesses like oil and gas, petro-chemicals, water treatment or environmental solutions. We want to cover these fields with our factory in Iran."
