Diverse Product Mix, From Steel Sections to Clinker, Offered on Iran’s Commodity Exchange
Iran’s Commodity Exchange hosted a diverse range of products on its trading floors on Saturday, September 5, with a total of 354,373 tonnes scheduled for offer. The export trading floor accounted for the largest share, with 247,000 tonnes of products on offer.
A total of 247,462 tonnes of products were offered on the export trading floor, including 135,932 tonnes of cement, 74,687 tonnes of bitumen, 36,665 tonnes of clinker and 178 tonnes of waterproofing materials.
The industrial and mining trading floor offered 85,216 tonnes of products, comprising 85,066 tonnes of steel sections and 150 tonnes of copper.
The petrochemical and petroleum products trading floor also hosted offers for 17,984 tonnes of products, including 12,825 tonnes of chemicals, 3,700 tonnes of bitumen and 1,459 tonnes of polymer products.
Meanwhile, the secondary market featured 3,711 tonnes of scrap, polymer and chemical products.
