Tehran Stock Market Returns to an Upward Trend

The Tehran Stock Exchange posted gains on July 25, with the benchmark index rising by 10,437 points, while the total value of market transactions exceeded 32 quadrillion rials.

The benchmark TEDPIX gained 10,437 points on the first trading day of the week, reaching 4,000,894 points. The equal-weight index also climbed 7,800 points to 1,000,363 points.

A total of 592,684 transactions were recorded during today’s trading session. Meanwhile, the total value of market transactions exceeded 32 quadrillion rials.

The stocks with the greatest impact on the benchmark index were Shapna, Shabandar, Fars, Parsian, Shapdis, Tapico, and Shasta.

The Iran Fara Bourse (IFB) also advanced by 163 points, closing at 39,016 points. The number of transactions on the over-the-counter market reached 346,289.

The stocks with the greatest impact on the IFB index were Saman, Bepas, Neyshekar, Arya, Aryan, and Maroon.
