National Rail is produced in compliance with standards and quality assurance

According to Mining News Pro - Following the signing of the memorandum of cooperation between Zob Ahan Isfahan and the Municipality of Mashhad regarding the supply of rails for the 3rd line of the urban train of this city, which was concluded on November 22 in the presence of Isfahan Zob Ahan CEO Iraj Shaishani and Sayyed Abda... Mashhad city train managers along with consultants and construction workers of Mashhad city train line 3 on December 22, while visiting Isfahan Iron Smelter, visited the 650 rolling mill and the national rail production line of this company.

In this visit, Mohammad Amin Yousefzadeh, the rolling manager and Mohammad Sadri, the comprehensive quality manager of the company, together with a number of their supervisors, answered the questions of the visitors and provided the necessary explanations, informing them about the process and stages of national rail production in this company.

  Yusufzadeh said: The rail ordered by Mashhad Municipal Train Company will be produced and delivered in the specified tonnage at the specified time.

Mohammad Sadri, the manager of comprehensive quality, also explained the national and international standards for the production of different types of rails in Zob Ahan, Isfahan, and said: The production of the requested rail of the Mashhad city train has started with the specified technical specifications and quality, and it will be delivered in due time with the supervision and approval of the customer.

Ghasem Zukinejad, vice president of finance and support of Mashhad city train, said: Mashhad metropolis is a densely populated and pilgrim-friendly city. Therefore, the development of the transport fleet, the construction of 3 urban train lines is in progress.

He added: This line has a length of 23 kilometers and in the first phase, National Rail has ordered Zob Ahan to build 5 kilometers of it.

Zukinejad said: In the past, this product was purchased from Turkey, but last month, a memorandum of understanding for the production and delivery of national rail was signed between Isfahan Iron Smelter and Mashhad Municipality, and now we visited this company to observe and evaluate the measures taken.

Mohammad Reza Moghadam Niri, the director of line 3 of the Mashhad city train, also said: "According to the orders of the Supreme Leader regarding the use of domestic production, the Mashhad city train has included the use of Isfahan's national iron smelter in its agenda for the construction, development and completion of railway lines."

He added: By attending this huge industrial complex and visiting the rail production line and listening to the explanations of the relevant managers, we saw that the rail produced in Isfahan Iron Smelter has the necessary quality and more advantages than foreign competitors. Also, iron smelting managers have good supervision and accuracy in meeting the standards and guaranteeing the quality of requested products.
