Simidco’s Assessment at the Health-Oriented Industry Festival

In line with developing a culture of organizational health and improving employee health indicators, the evaluation process of Sanabad Comprehensive Development Company’s declaration at the Health-Oriented Industry Festival was held today with the presence of the festival’s evaluation team, Esmaeil Lou and Arabzad, at the company’s Ferdowsi Hall.

The program began with an opening session attended by managers of operations, technology and development, human resources, and a group of managers and experts. During this session, the most important measures, programs, and achievements of the company in the areas of employee health, safety, occupational health, social responsibility, and organizational health management were outlined.

Subsequently, the evaluation team, by visiting various company units, conducted field inspections of different processes, reviewed documents and evidence related to the implementation of festival requirements, and held discussions with managers and experts from various departments. Actions taken in the areas of improving employee health, enhancing the work environment, health risk management, training programs, and developing a health culture were also assessed.

At the conclusion, a findings summary and closing session was held with the presence of managers of Sanabad Comprehensive Industrial and Mining Development Company, and the evaluation team, while presenting strengths and opportunities for improvement, expressed appreciation for the cooperation and participation of Simidco’s managers and employees in the evaluation process.
