Labrador Gold conducts strategic review to strengthen balance sheet
Labrador Gold has initiated a comprehensive review of strategic alternatives aimed at positiong the company for its next phase of growth.
As part of the strategic review, the company’s board will evaluate a range of potential transactions, corporate initiatives and strategic alternatives including the separation of exploration and investment activities, capital allocation and corporate structure, strategic acquisitions, portfolio optimisiation and asset divestitures.

“The commencement of this strategic review marks an important step in the evolution of LabGold. With a significantly strengthened financial position and an expanded and engaged shareholder base, we believe the company is well positioned to evaluate a range of opportunities.
“Our objective is to ensure that LabGold’s assets and financial resources are deployed strategically, while identifying opportunities to unlock value from our existing portfolio and establish a foundation for sustainable, long-term growth,” Labrador Gold president and director Raymond D Harari says.
The strategic review follows the company’s recently completed financing and the strengthening of its balance sheet, together with changes to its shareholder base and leadership.
