Hormozgan Steel created its modern strategies 6 years ago and review them this year in order to align them with MSC’s strategies.

Marzieh Hamidi, Industrial Engineering Manager of Hormozgan Steel Company says that One of the issues determined in the quality assurance policies of Mobarakeh Steel Group is to put the revision of strategic goals on the agenda every year before the end of the year.

“Hormozgan Steel Company has started the process of formulating its strategies in a modern way since 2015 and always review them at the end of the year,” she added.

That’s why one of the important issues of HOSCO is to align the company's strategies with the strategies of the parent company, Mobarakeh Steel Group.

“The necessary working groups have been formed to formulate this program and update the actions, goals and indicators,” Hamidi said.
