Great Place to Work is a global recognition program that evaluates companies are evaluated based on methodology and validated employee feedback.

The validation process includes an employee survey and a review of company culture and programs and is backed up from 30 years of data science and 100 million completed employee surveys.

“We have an amazing team that embraces a strong cultural ideology, centred on creating exceptional experiences, for those who rely on us,” Schlam executive chair and group chief executive officer David Haslett said.

“Our regular team member surveys show that Schlam is a ‘great place to work’. Now we have the certification to back it.

“The ‘Great Place to Work’ certification is a result of the continuous effort and energy we invest in our people and culture,”

“We attract and recruit the best people, and our staff turnover is low. People love working at Schlam. We’re a team that’s committed, dedicated and passionate, that also celebrates its wins.”

Schlam joins a list of leading and respected companies across Australia and New Zealand that have also been recognised as a Great Place to Work.

Haslett was recently appointed as chief executive officer at Schlam earlier this month.

Haslett has extensive experience in leading global companies to success as a chief executive officer, executive chair and as an operating partner within the private equity sector.
