Increasing and stabilizing the efficiency of MSC’s hot rolling mill production line to 99 percent

Ali Hajian Nejad, manager of hot rolling mill in Mobarakeh Steel company says that in this line, in addition to paying attention to production increment, the quality of the products has also been improved, so that now the quality efficiency of the hot rolling line has increased and stabilized to more than 99%.

“The initial nominal production capacity of the hot rolling line was about 2.4 million tons per year, and with the implementation of development plans and the promotion of technical knowledge, it has nowincreased to more than 5 million tons per year,” he said.

“Currently, our hot rolled productions supply 70 percent of domestic demands and also we export a part of our products,” he added.
