Mining News Pro - The CEO of National Iranian Copper Industries Company announced the construction of the second furnace of the hydrated lime factory in Ahar.
Ali Rostami, chief executive of Nicico announced the construction of the second furnace of the hydrated lime factory in Ahar.
He also mentioned the construction of two new mineral exploration companies. One of these companies will be in Easter Azerbaijan province with 15 drilling machines and 300 workers.
Among other programs of the Nicico in this province, he mentioned the establishment of the mineral reference laboratory in the northwest of the country in Tabriz in cooperation with the University of Tabriz.
Ahar’s parliament member, Ahmad Moharramzadeh also criticized the non-activation of sluggish mines that are registered in the name of private individuals.
This plan of Nicico leads to job creation for hundreds of people in the province.
