Hormozgan Steel Company receives the statue of customer satisfaction

According to Mining News Pro - HOSCO received the customer satisfaction award in the Eleventh Conference of Customer satisfaction in Iran.

“Our goal is to improve the market strategy in order to gain customer satisfaction by providing high-quality products with global standards. This company has built its targets according to customer experience and satisfaction,” said Mehdi Shekarizadeh, HOSCO’s marketing and sales manager.

“Currently, all units in Hormozgan Steel Company, including sales and marketing, have defined various strategies and measures to maintain and increase customer satisfaction,” he added.

He also said: “Measuring the customers’ satisfaction and predicting their future demands is another important factor which we are trying to consider.”
