Mehdi Rahbari, pointing to the importance of human capital development, stated: This initiative has been designed and implemented with the aim of enhancing employee knowledge, creating a work-life balance, and strengthening individual and team productivity.

Stating that the IMPASCO training panel has been made available to employees through the activation of the Maktab Khoneh platform, he added: Colleagues can access a wide range of training courses in specialized fields, soft skills, life skills, management, information technology, finance, foreign languages, and other practical subjects.

IMPASCO’s Human Resources Manager continued: This action has been taken to facilitate continuous learning, update professional and general knowledge, and ultimately increase organizational productivity.
