According to Mining News Pro - Oxin steel company is the first to produce a 300mm slab in Iran which is the largest and most resistant.
The sheet was produced under API standard with X70 grade with dimensions of 4.6 meters width 27 meters length. Oxin steel is the only company capable of producing a slab in this dimension.
The use of these slabs as raw materials is the same standard that the Italian company Danieli had planned and predicted for the nominal capacity of the Oxin Steel Company.
It is most useful for 56mm pipes in the oil and gas industry.
The company intends to produce hot rolling in the future and that is why the slab is a vital raw material. Oxin Steel planned to produce this product itself to supply their production lines.
