Mining News Pro - Australia`s mining giant said the company`s total iron ore production would increase by 3 percent to 238 million tons or 275 million tons in FY 2018.
According to Mining News Pro, Production in 2019 is expected to be between 241 and 250 million tons or between 273 and 283 million tons,
The total production of copper in the fiscal year 2018 is estimated at 32% growth of one million and 753 thousand tons. In FY 2019, the total production of BHP Billion is expected to be between 1,675,000 and 1 million 770,000 tons.
The company`s coal production will also increase by 7% to 43 million tons for the fiscal year 2018, while in 2019 it is expected to reach 43 to 46 million tons.
The BHP production for the current fiscal year will be 91,000 tons, up 6%. Nickel production is expected to remain unchanged in 2019 compared to 2018.
